POS Sync Issues

Diagnose common transaction sync problems.

Confirm the POS integration is still authorised (check Settings > POS Connection)
Check whether webhook or API access has changed at your POS provider
Review date ranges and merchant account mapping
For Manual POS: ensure CSV files follow the required format
Check the POS Health view for connection status indicators
