Publish the order
From the Order Support inbox, publish eligible NEW orders to the delivery pipeline.

Select a driver
Choose an ACTIVE driver from your driver roster. Only active drivers can be assigned.

Order status updates
The order moves to ASSIGNED status. The delivery record is linked to the assigned driver.
