When customers complete thresholds, rewards enter 'pending settlement'. The merchant settles to move the value into the SVC Pool (funded balance). Separately, when customers pay using SVC at your store, the accepted amount is tracked for billing credit.

Pending Settlement — total dollar value of threshold rewards awaiting merchant settlement
SVC Pool Balance — funded value that has been settled and is available for customer use
SVC Accepted This Month — how much SVC customers used as payment at your store this period
Reward Ledger — individual entries showing each customer's reward, threshold version, amount, and status
