The Online Shop is a major feature that lets merchants sell products, take orders, and manage local delivery through SpenVest. The Online Shop is included in your plan but must be activated by you before it becomes operational. Even merchants on the Rewards plan can see the Online Shop page, though it shows a locked state if not included in their plan.

Locked — your plan does not include Online Shop (Rewards plan)
Not Activated — included in your plan but you have not enabled it yet
Active — you have activated the shop and can manage products, orders, and delivery
