Customer Segments

Understand the six customer segments used throughout the portal.

SpenVest automatically classifies your customers into behavioural segments based on their visit frequency, spend patterns, and engagement history. These segments appear across the Customers view, Analytics, and Recommendations.

Customer segments

Champions — your best customers with high frequency and spend
Loyal — consistent repeat visitors with solid engagement
Potential — showing early signs of becoming loyal customers
At-Risk — previously active customers whose visits are declining
Hibernating — customers who have stopped visiting recently
Lost — customers with no activity for an extended period
Use segments to prioritise campaigns

Focus retention campaigns on At-Risk and Hibernating segments. Use Hot Items and Special SVC to re-engage them before they move to Lost.
