The Order Support inbox shows all incoming customer orders for your merchant. Orders progress through a lifecycle from placement to completion.

Order status lifecycle

NEW — order just placed by customer, awaiting merchant action
PUBLISHED — order published to delivery pipeline, awaiting driver assignment
ASSIGNED — a driver has been assigned to the delivery
PICKED_UP — driver has collected the order
DELIVERED — order successfully delivered to customer
COMPLETED — order fully finalised
CANCELLED — order cancelled

Order features

View all orders with customer name, items, amounts, and status
Publish orders to the delivery pipeline
Assign specific drivers to delivery orders
Orders include subtotal, delivery fee, and total amount
Delivery address with full Australian address format
Export orders as CSV or JSON for external processing
