Manual POS mode allows merchants to operate without a live API integration by uploading transaction data via CSV files. This is ideal for early rollout, POS systems without supported APIs, or temporary operational needs.
Key difference from API POS
In Manual POS mode, reward points from uploaded transactions enter a 'pending' state. They are visible to customers but do NOT count toward threshold unlock until weekly reconciliation releases them as 'verified' points.
