Every SpenVest customer has a unique QR code and a member code. The QR code is the preferred method because it is fast and reduces errors. The member code is a text-based alternative that works when scanning is not possible.
How to use each
QR code — present your screen to the merchant's scanner or camera. This is the fastest method.
Member code — read out or show the alphanumeric code displayed below the QR. The merchant enters it manually.
Your code identifies you — nothing else
Neither the QR code nor the member code triggers a payment, redeems SVC, or reduces your bill. They simply tell the merchant's system who you are so the transaction can be linked to your SpenVest account.
