When you return a purchase, the reward adjustment depends on whether you have already used the SVC earned from that transaction.
Adjustment scenarios
If the rewards have not been used
The SVC earned from the returned purchase is simply removed from your wallet. Your balance returns to what it was before that purchase was counted.
If the rewards have already been used
Your account will receive a pending adjustment. Future rewards you earn will first be applied to offset this adjustment until it is balanced. You may temporarily not see new rewards appearing while the adjustment is being cleared.
Once the adjustment is cleared
After the offset is balanced, future rewards resume accumulating normally in your wallet.
You do not need to take any action. SpenVest automatically links returns to the original transaction and processes the reward adjustment.
